Teddy Graham S’more Ice Cream Sandwiches

A delightful dessert from Sum’ Sweet Ep. 21, these ice cream sandwiches feature layers of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and marshmallow fluff mixed with both honey and chocolate Teddy Grahams, all held together by Teddy Graham bases and tops.
1. In separate bowls, mix 5 oz of Honey Teddy Grahams with 6.5 oz of marshmallow fluff, and 5 oz of chocolate Teddy Grahams with 6.5 oz of marshmallow fluff. Set aside.
2. Line a pan or dish with plastic wrap, leaving an overhang on the sides.
3. Create a base layer with Teddy Grahams.
4. Evenly spread and pack down the 48 oz of vanilla ice cream over the Teddy Graham base. Use plastic wrap to help pack it down, then immediately remove the packing plastic wrap.
5. Microwave the 11.5 oz of hot fudge for 22-30 seconds in a microwave-safe dish until warm and pourable.
6. Pour the warm hot fudge over the packed ice cream layer.
7. Add the final layer using the rest of the Teddy Grahams on top.
8. Freeze until firm, then cut into sandwiches or bars.
