Smothered Turkey Wings

Prepare a rub using salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, dried parsley, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (use sparingly as smoked wings are already salted). Combine the smoked turkey wings with 2 cans of Campbell's cream of celery soup, 1 red & green bell pepper (sliced or chopped), 1/2 onion (chopped), 5 cloves of garlic (minced), and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. Cover the mixture and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 1.5 hours, or until the turkey is fall-off-the-bone tender. Let the turkey wings rest for 20 minutes before serving over white rice.
